One machine forms, fills, seals and codes every sachet in one pass.
A fully automatic horizontal form-fill-seal line that turns your printed roll film into finished sachets. Servo-driven auger dosing, optical print registration and temperature-controlled sealing give the same pack from the first sachet to the last.
Servo auger dosing
Every turn of the auger delivers the same volume and the servo stops it precisely, for accurate fills. 12 interchangeable auger sizes (14–42 mm) match fine single doses to heavier fills.
Anti-clump powder flow
A counter-rotating agitator keeps powders moving evenly into the auger, so they don’t bridge or clump. A motor-driven feeder tops up the hopper automatically.
No sachet, no fill
Vacuum opens each sachet and an air jet opens the bottom so powder fills it completely. If a sachet doesn’t open, it is neither filled nor sealed: no wasted product.
Your artwork, perfectly placed
An optical sensor reads the registration mark on your printed film, so the design sits in exactly the same position on every sachet.
Strong, flat seals
PID temperature control holds the sealing jaws within a tight range. 3-side or 4-side seal, with an easy-tear notch for the consumer.
Saved recipes, live counting
Settings for each product are saved and recalled in one tap for fast, repeatable changeovers. The touch screen shows real speed, a live pack count and automatic alarms.
Locking safety doors, multiple emergency stops and low-voltage heating (48 V AC) keep the line safe; sealing bars, knives and air and vacuum filters are cleaned on a daily and periodic schedule.

Sachets put an exact dose in your customer’s hand: no scoop, no guesswork, no open tub. They are the cheapest way to sample a new product, they fit a gym bag or a counter display, and each serving stays sealed in barrier laminate until it is used.

Sachet questions.
What fill weights can you put in a sachet?
Typically 10 g to 100 g per sachet, depending on the powder density and sachet size. Common doses are 5–10 g (electrolytes, creatine), 25–40 g (protein) and 50–100 g (meal or drink mixes).
What sachet sizes are possible?
From 60 × 80 mm up to 130 × 180 mm (width × height), up to 220 ml per sachet.
Can I use my own printed film?
Yes. We run your printed laminate roll on our form-fill-seal line, so the design covers the whole sachet. We send you the film specification before you order print.
Do you add batch number and best-before?
Yes, every sachet is coded with batch number and best-before date.
Can you fill liquids and gels too?
Yes. The line can also fill liquids, gels and pastes with the matching filler — ask us about your product.
Can you also blend the powder?
Yes. We blend in our 300 L V-blender and fill straight into sachets, or we can fill a blend you supply.
