10 g — 100 g
Single-dose 3- and 4-side seal sachets on a fully automatic form-fill-seal line. Your printed film, tear notch, batch and best-before on every sachet.
100 g — 2 kg
Stand-up doy-packs, zipper pouches and flat bags. Automatic filling for smaller sizes, precision auger dosing for 500 g to 2 kg, heat-sealed and coded.

Our formulation work is led by a biochemist (Mid Sweden University). We develop the recipe, the flavour and the texture, check it against EU and BFSA rules, and hand you a product that tastes right and is ready to notify.

05 — What we fill
From 10 g single-dose sachets to 2 kg pouches. Sachets and small doy-packs run on our automatic line; 500 g to 2 kg pouches are filled with precision auger dosers.
Yes. We formulate, flavour and sample the product, then blend and pack it. You can also bring your own formula.
Yes, on every pack. We can also run your fully printed film or label stock pouches.
Yes. We are registered with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) and run a HACCP system. GMP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certification are in progress.
Our production is in Sofia, Bulgaria. We ship EXW or delivered across the EU.
