Is Whitelable registered with the BFSA?
Yes. We are registered as a manufacturer with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA).

What documents do I get with a batch?
Batch records with production date, batch number and best-before, plus certificates of analysis for the raw materials.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
Equipment is cleaned and logged between batches, and allergen-containing products are scheduled and documented under our HACCP plan.
