What does Whitelable do?
Whitelable blends, formulates and packs powders for supplement, sports-nutrition, food and cosmetic brands: sachets and stick packs (10–100 g), doy-packs and pouches (100 g–2 kg), plus capsules and canned drinks through partners.
Which fill weights can you pack?
From 10 g single-dose sachets to 2 kg pouches. Sachets and small doy-packs run on our automatic line; 500 g to 2 kg pouches are filled with precision auger dosers.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the format and whether we develop the formula. Small first runs are possible — send your brief and we will quote the minimum for your product.
Can you develop the formula and flavour?
Yes. We formulate, flavour and sample the product, then blend and pack it. You can also bring your own formula.
Do you print batch and best-before?
Yes, on every pack. We can also run your fully printed film or label stock pouches.
Can I use my own printed film or pouches?
Yes. We send you the film or pouch specification before you order print.
Is Whitelable a registered food manufacturer?
Yes. We are registered with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) and run a HACCP system. GMP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certification are in progress.
Can you source raw materials?
Yes, from verified suppliers with certificates of analysis and origin. You can also supply your own raw materials.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the format, formula and packaging availability. We confirm a timeline with every quote.
Where are you located and where do you ship?
Production is in Sofia, Bulgaria. We ship EXW Sofia or delivered across the EU.
