Contract powder blending
Contract powder blending, 300 L per batch.
Whitelable blends dry powders in a 300-litre V-blender in Sofia, Bulgaria — proteins, creatine, electrolytes, collagen, greens and drink mixes — and fills them straight into sachets, doy-packs or pouches.
Why blend with us
An even blend in every dose.
In a single-dose sachet there is no second chance: every serving must carry the right amount of every ingredient. A V-blender folds powders gently, so fine actives distribute evenly without breaking down delicate particles like freeze-dried fruit.

FAQ
Blending questions.
What batch size can you blend?
Our V-blender holds 300 litres. The batch weight depends on the bulk density of your powder — ask us with your formula and we will calculate it.
Can you source the raw materials?
Yes. We source from verified EU suppliers with certificates of analysis, or blend raw materials you supply.
Do you blend without packing?
Yes. We can deliver blended powder in bulk bags or drums, but most clients blend and pack with us in one order.
How do you keep blends consistent?
Fixed blending times per formula, weighed batch records and cleaning between batches, all under our HACCP system.
