Auger dosing
Powders are dosed by auger fillers and checked by weight, then heat-sealed on our pouch sealer for a clean, strong seal.
Any volume, one partner
Smaller runs are filled in our Sofia facility; larger volumes run on certified partner automatic lines, under our quality control and with your formula.
Formula to finished pouch
We develop the formula and flavour, blend it in our 300 L V-blender, fill it and code it. One contact from brief to pallet.

We are adding a servo-auger pouch-filling machine to our facility: automatic opening, filling and sealing of pre-made zip pouches. Order now and your product moves to it as soon as it is running.

Which pouch sizes do you fill?
From 100 g up to 2 kg. Smaller doy-packs run on our automatic line; 500 g to 2 kg pouches are filled with precision auger dosers and heat-sealed.
Do you offer zipper pouches?
Yes — zipper doy-packs for multi-serving powders, as well as classic stand-up and flat pouches.
Can you add a scoop or desiccant?
Yes. We insert scoops and silica-gel desiccants on request.
Do you print batch and best-before?
Yes, on every pouch. We can work with your fully printed pouches or label stock pouches.
Can you source the pouches for me?
Yes. We can source stock or custom-printed pouches, or fill pouches you supply.
